There are three remarkable characteristics for the Development Zone to utilize foreign capital in the first half year. One of them is that the capital input of key project plays an important support to the actually used foreign capital of the whole zone. Intel chip project input capital of USD 127 million, accounting for 19.8% of the total realized foreign capital in the first half year. In this period, there are 75 foreign investing projects are approved, including 40 capital-adding projects with total amount of USD 3010 million.
